Working on the principle of gravity - what goes up, must come down - our new 4th Generation (4G) Whirlpool ensures that every drop of water drains from the pipework. We have nothing to hide when it comes to hygiene and we are very proud of our unique 4th Generation (4G) pipework system - so proud in fact that we are more than happy to let you and our competitors inspect the design of our pipework before you buy. A Pegasus whirlpool bath comes with a top quality quiet European TUV approved whirlpool bath pump. The pump is selected to have enough power & performance level for the system you have chosen.
All our pumps are manufactured and assembled in Europe and conform to European regulations. In our opinion European Pumps are the best quality and run quieter and more efficiently – In our experience they also last a lot longer than pumps from outside Europe. Pumps are individually matched to our whirlpool systems to give optimum performance.
Small rubber pads for the feet of your bath that dampen any vibration made by the pump or blower when in operation.
The whirlpool pump on your Pegasus whirlpool bath is mounted to the underside of the bath on a rubber mount. This is designed to dampen vibration from the pump which in turn, quietens any noise that may have occured.
We offer you the choice of jets stlysle when you purchase a whirlpool bath from us.
There is no difference in performance between the three different types of jet cover.
SensaJet™ - These are the standard type of whirlpool jet cover. They have a protrusion of about 1cm from the bath & are rounded on the sides for ergonomic comfort.
Flush Jets - FlushJets™ are considered to be a elegant upgrade from our SensaJet™. FlushJets™ sit almost completly flat to the surface of the bath with only about 1mm protrusion.
The hygiene pack is a basic starter pack that contains whirlpool cleansers, whirlpool sanitizers and one low foaming, whirlpool bath, aromatherapy oil. Each and every whirlpool bath made by us is done so by our distinguished craftsmen.
Our whirlpool fitters have over 20 years experience in fitting whirlpools which shows in the care and attention to detail they put into each and every whirlpool bath they fit. All the baths we fit are rigorously quality and water tested before dispatch.
Uo to 18 spa jets can be added to the base of your bath, this is called a Hydro-pool.
This prevents the pump from being operated when no water is in the bath.
The water level sensor is also used to send signals to the heated blower so that it purges the pipework after the bath has emptied.
To ensure every last drop of water has gone, any residual water which clings to the pipe with surface tension is dried off by the heated blower which is set to purge the pipework with hot air 20 minutes after the water is emptied out of the bath.
The auto purge starts off slowly so as not to jet any retained water out of the venturi and spa jets and then increases speed, forcing heated air through all the pipework drying it and turning bathing deposits to dust in the process. The autopurging of the system is a necessary feature of any luxury Whirlpool Bath, especially when there are jets on the base of the bath. Consideration has also been given to the fact that baths are occasionally used without the Whirlpool system being activated or used as a shower. In these instances, the purge sequence can be initiated manually (Air-zoning only).
Chromotherapy lights add instant mood and atmosphere to your bathroom. They come with 5 presets (and combinations) or you can choose which colour/s you want to have active to suite the mood you want to create. Up to 4 can be fitted to your Pegasus Whirlpooll Bath.
