Product Overview:

Wurth Solvent Cement 250ml

An excellent PVC/ABS solvent cement for joining together PVC & ABS fittings.

Caution: Do not allow your plumber to use cheap ABS cement as it will cause long term damage & will invariably leak.

Instructions For Use:
- Do not stir, decant or dilute.
- Cut pipe square & remove burrs, clean mating surfaces using MEK or Acetone Cleaner
- Evenly coat both surfaces with cement using the brush provided
- Immediately push the joints firmly together without twisting & hold firmly for 20-30 seconds
- Remove excess cement & leave the joint for at least 10 minutes to allow handling strength to develop - (full cure will take 24 hours)
- Replace the cap immediately after use.

Solvent Cement Dangers/Cautions:
- Highly Flammable (keep away from heat)
- Irritant (ware gloves)
- Corrosive (ware gloves)
- Contains Butanone; Cyclohexanone
- Can cause serious eye damage (ware protective eye/face ware)
- May cause drowsiness (use in a well ventilated area)

Suitable for use with PVC-u & MuPVC products conforming to: BS 4514, BS 4660, BS EN 13598-1:2003, BS 5255, BS EN 1329-1:2000, BS EN 1566-1:2000, BS EN 12200-1:2000, BS EN 1462:2004, BS EN 607:2004

This product has a 24 month shelf life from date of manufacture.
